excellent boutique experience
quiet location attentive service
I appreciated the well-kept hotel and its quiet location! breakfasts were excellent and provided plenty of choice. the staff were friendly and ready to help. Jasmina provided attentive service, which i found wonderful.

helpful staff convenient location tasty breakfast small elevator no usb charger unavailable early check-in
the breakfast was really good, especially on weekdays. i liked that the staff were helpful and hardworking. if i had any issues, i could ask them and they would help me solve them. the hotel is near many things such as the opera house, sacré-cœur de montmartre and moulin rouge, it was great.
the elevator was quite small. it only fit 2 people with luggage. i found there was no usb charger in the room, so i needed to use my own converter. also, early check-in was not available at all.

The staff was very friendly and approachable. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well presented. Breakfast included a lovely continental selection with a good variety (the croissants were amazing).
The air conditioning did not work correctly in the room. It was freezing downstairs but too hot upstairs. I could hear my neighbors going up and down the stairs of their duplex next door. It was so badly soundproofed that you would think they were going up and down my stairs.
